Welcome to North Camp Surgery

We hope you will find all the information you need regarding the surgery on this website. As well as specific practice details such as opening hours and how to register, you’ll find a wealth of useful pages covering a wide range of health issues along with links to other relevant medical organisations. We are constantly striving to provide the best level of care to our patients and would appreciate your feedback on any issues.

We will be closed on Monday 25th & Tuesday 26th December returning to work on Wednesday 27th December with normal opening times. We will be open for our extended hours until 7.30pm on Wednesday 27th December instead of Tuesday 26th December as this is a public holiday (Boxing Day).  We will then be closed on New Years Day, returning to work as normal on Tuesday 2nd January 2018.

Merry Christmas & A Happy New Year to all of our patients.

We are now offering extended access appointments as a locality, please see 'Extended access' tab above for further information.

FLU SEASON IS HERE......we are now booking appointments for patients who are eligible for the free NHS flu vaccination. Please contact the surgery to check if you are eligible and make an appointment with the Practice Nursing team.

Our healthcare team is expanding....

Our pharmacist Sanjeet has been working here for several months. He can do medication reviews and also assists with medication queries. He runs a clinic on a Thursday afternoon and we make ask you to book an appointment with him if it is appropriate.

We now have paramedics employed by the federation of Farnborough GPs who are helping us with home visits. They maybe able to come out sooner than a GP and spend more time doing an assessment before discussing management with your GP.

Get Well, Keep Well

Of course we’re not just here for when you are unwell. Our team of healthcare professionals and back-up staff offer a number of clinics and services to promote good health and wellbeing whatever your medical condition.

Online Services

Save time – do it online!

GP online services gives patients the option to book appointments, request repeat prescriptions and view their GP records, using their computer, tablet or smartphone rather than having to phone or visit their practice.

Online services complement the existing ways patients can access appointments, prescriptions and their records. Our practices already have the facility to offer online access to records and transactional services for our patients.

If you are not already registered for GP online services please let a member of the practice team know you would like to use this service.

You will need to initially complete the online registration at the surgery before you will have access to making online appointments, ordering repeat prescriptions, access to your medical records.  Whatever your thoughts, be sure to let us know via our feedback function. Comments and suggestions are always a great way of helping us continue to enhance the way we look after you.

Patient Access

Our Surgery is accessible by wheelchair and we have a disabled patients’ toilet. If access proves difficult to any of our disabled patients, we would be happy to consider any suggestions for improvement.

Patient Participation Group

Extended Hours

The surgery is open until 8pm every Tuesday, offering GP and nurse appointments. We also have a Saturday morning surgery once a month. Please ask at reception for more information.
