We will be working collaboratively with the Farnborough Primary Care Network (PCN) to administer Autumn vaccinations.  Both the Covid and Flu vaccines can be delivered at the surgery this year or for more flexibility on appointments you can choose to have the vaccinations at  the Southwood Vaccination Centre. You will shortly receive a text message asking you to book for your Covid vaccination.  This invite will be used for either your Covid, flu or both, you can decide on the day of your appointment. You can only use this link to book an appointment at Southwood vaccination centre. If you would prefer to have your vaccinations at the surgery please contact the surgery directly to book an appointment. This campaign is for over 18s only and the practice will contact those under 18 separately.  Housebound and Care Home patients will be contacted when the home visiting team have availability to deliver the vaccinations at home.  

Have your say – Enhanced Access Patient survey

We are seeking the views of registered patients to help us to shape Enhanced Access to primary care appointments.  These are appointments that sit outside of normal GP practice hours. e.g. weekdays before 8am and after 6.30pm or over the weekend. 

The appointments created are likely to be a mix of telephone and face-to-face, they could include cervical smears, health checks, vaccinations and immunisations, and will involve a range of different healthcare professionals.

Each Primary Care Network or PCN (groups of practices in an area that work together to support the patient population) will be responsible for creating a plan that meets the needs of their local population.  This survey covers the practices in the Farnborough PCN which includes: North Camp Surgery, Alexander House Surgery, Giffard Drive Surgery, Voyager Family Health, Mayfield Surgery and Jenner House Surgery.

To help inform these plans we are asking our local population to complete this short survey.
